Rehearsal Schedule

'Rehearsal' means that all groups rehearse. Other instructions may indicate that the practice is for one particular orchestra only.

Rehearsals start promptly! Musicians should arrive 15 minutes before rehearsal to warm up and tune.

Sectionals take place within the regular rehearsal time. Times for all other rehearsals are as indicated on the schedule.

All players are expected to assist with the set-up and clean-up of the rehearsal area.

If you are going to miss a rehearsal use the link at the left to Report An Absence on-line, or you can fill out a card, available at the front desk, at any rehearsal. Other attendance issues should be directed to Sara Watkins, Executive Director.

A snack is served by parents.

• Our regular weekly rehearsal day is Sunday. A weekly rehearsal may also be scheduled on a Saturday or weekday if City Hall is not available or we need to makeup a missed rehearsal.
• Pre-dress rehearsals are normally scheduled on a weekday prior to the concert.
• Dress rehearsals are normally scheduled on the Saturday prior to the concert.

Note: School vacations do not coincide with each other, therefore the schedule does not reflect them.
