As a non-profit organization, less than 40% of our revenue is generated through tuition fees. We rely on contributions made by individuals, foundations, corporations and in-kind services to continue and grow our programs.
You may not know that:
- 300 young people audition for placement in the orchestras each year, from over 30 communities in the area.
- Any student that successfully auditions for programs is accepted regardless of ability to pay.
- 70 to 100 hours of instruction is provided for musicians each year.
- 100% of NYS musicians go on to higher education each year.
Your tax-deductible contribution will help us to:
- Grant over $12,000 annually in student scholarship assistance.
- Grant $30,000 in private lessons scholarships to the underserved local youth.
- Continue to fulfill our mission of providing the finest possible training, practice and performance opportunities to enrich the lives of young musicians.
