If you are going to miss a rehearsal or other event, please complete and submit the following form.

Students are allowed no more than two (2) absences per concert, or 6 absences per season. There is no differentiation made between "excused" or "unexcused" absences; all are counted equally. It is preferred that you notify NYS one week prior to the rehearsal that you will be missing.

Attendance at concerts, pre-dress, and dress rehearsals is mandatory.​
