As a non-profit organization, approximately 50% of our revenue is generated through tuition fees. We rely on contributions made by individuals, foundations, corporations and in-kind services to continue and grow our programs.

 

YOU MAY NOT KNOW THAT:

• 300 young people audition for placement in the orchestras each year, from over 30 communities in the area.

• Any student that successfully auditions for programs is accepted regardless of ability to pay.

• 70 to 100 hours of instruction is provided for musicians each year.

• 100% of NYS musicians go on to higher education each year.

 

YOUR TAX-DEDUCTIBLE CONTRIBUTION WILL HELP US TO:

• Provide scholarships so that no qualified student is turned away

• Establish programs to enhance practice and learning opportunities for music students in Norwalk Public Schools

• Continue to fulfill our mission of providing the finest possible training, practice and performance opportunities to enrich the lives of young musicians.
